This white Mercurey is sourced from 7 different plots across the village. The vineyard soils are mainly composed of clay and limestone with a limestone
predominance.
The grapes are carefully harvested and sorted by hand.
Fermentation and aging takes place in 30% traditional 400 L Burgundian light toasted French oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel vats for 10 months.
Golden colour with green hints. The nose is very expressive with notes of white flowers and white-flesh fruits.
In the mouth the wine is well balanced between acidity and roundness. The finish is long and slightly salty.
