100% Pinot Noir from vines that average 45-50 years of age, this wine is fermented in cement tanks and aged in French oak (20% new) for 12 months. This wine pours a gorgeous, deep ruby color, and the nose is packed with notes of dark berry fruit, exotic spices, smoked meat, wet tobacco, and damp earth. Moving on to the palate, this is full-bodied, silky, and round, with a long and satisfying finish. Although drinking beautifully now, this can be enjoyed through to 2030.
