Cultivated organically, the grapes are hand-harvested, no chemicals are used and only natural yeasts are employed in the cellar. Aged in old oak barrels for around 8 months, this is a rich and balanced Chardonnay with a youthful acidity. A crystalline pale gold in colour. The aromas are fresh and fruity, with nuances of preserved citrus fruits and almonds. On the palate, fresh and elegant with a racy minerality leading to a lingering aftertaste.
